2. What Data We Collect

• Uploaded Images: Photos of plants, fungi, animals, or food items submitted for recognition
• Optional Labels: Tags or notes you enter with each photo
• Anonymous Analytics: Collected via Firebase Analytics to understand app usage (no personal data)
• Optional Account Info: Username and password only, if you choose to create an account (not required)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide species recognition results
• To store your uploads and labels for later reference
• To understand usage patterns and improve features (anonymous Firebase analytics)

We do not share, sell, or monetise your data. We do not use it to train AI models.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

5. Data Sharing

No personal data is ever shared with third parties. Your uploads and usage are stored solely for app functionality and are not used for marketing or behavioural profiling.

6. GitHub Hosting

7. Deletion and Control

• You may delete individual uploads within the app
• You can request full data deletion by emailing tetra9999developer@gmail.com
• Deletion requests are fulfilled within 7 days

8. Children's Privacy

IDwildi is part of Google Play's Designed for Families program. We do not collect personal information. No ads, no tracking, and safe for children under 13.

9. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Firebase’s security rules restrict access only to authenticated systems. No public access is granted to user data.

10. Legal Basis (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU or EEA, your data is processed based on legitimate interest and, when applicable, consent (e.g. optional account creation).
